Gratitude is a Holy experience. It changes us from the inside out. It makes us reflect. I am grateful for the family and friends that have come on board in the journey I am taking this year! It has been a truly amazing journey and it is only March! I am a more grateful person. The link below is about the impact of gratitude. It is from the author of this book: (My friend shared this with me...and though I haven't read it yet, I did start my list of 1,000 gifts I am grateful for. That list is blessing me too): One Thousand Gifts: A Dare to Live Fully Right Where You Are.

A Holy Experience

This week as I have been clicking all the positive things in my life, my joys, happy memories, and lists and lists of things I am grateful for, from running water to my cuddle time with children and fabulous meals from my husband...and on a more spiritual note, my faith...I have been strengthened in ways I can't even explain in words.
I have made a mantra for myself:
I am a courageous, strong, healthy and powerful daughter of God, and with Him, I can do anything I put my mind to! Watch out world! I'm going to
chance things!
Our greatest challenge always begins with believing. I have decided that with all I believe in already, I need to add ME to the list. I believe in me. I believe in my goodness. I believe in my ability to change things for the good. I don't have to change everything, to be able to change somethings. I don't have to have control over everything to be able to control some things. And I am going to start trusting in the fact that I am made by the very hand of God, so I am enough! While I do this, I am going to do all in my power to help every life I touch this year to know, They are children of a Loving Heavenly Father too. And that they are enough. That even when "their" plan doesn't work out, that doesn't mean he has forsaken, or forgotten them. It just means he is leading them to something better than they currently understand. Join me... Changing the world...ONE letter at a time! (pass it on, pass it forward).
